Reservations require a precharge payment of the room as several lodging facilities have attempted to collect payment upon checkout, finding out too late that the credit card denies charges. All cancellations of reservations must be done prior to 24 hours of our 3 p.m. check in. Cancel requests submitted after the required 24 hour prior time will be charged one day rate for the room. Please remember that a "reservation agreement holds a room specifically for you and will not be sold to another. This agreement binds the buyer and seller to the rules of fair trade and cancellation policy." Early check in is possible if the room is clean and available prior to 3:00 P.M.
